Sip uri access to the SIP Broker gateway

Can the SIP Broker voice gateway be accessed via sip call? In other words, can I access SIP Broker voice prompt calling at sip uri the same way as I would calling SIP Broker PSTN number?

You kinda can....

The PSTN numbers from Link2Voip seem to be set up for enum so for example:

19053782953@vgw1.link2voip.com

or

19053782953@sipbroker.com

should let you reach SipBroker (I had more consistent results with the first rather than 2nd)

That works great!

I wonder how many other gateway numbers have ENUM setup....

I tested calling *01319053782953@sipbroker.com via Truphone Internet call and it worked for me, but *01361388072174@sipbroker.com didn't work. This second number is the Melbourne Australia one.

Not all of them do, I noticed all the one's I tested form Link2Voip have been mapped though....

It would be handy if ONE person did a test and the results were published either here or in the PSTN to VoIP gateway numbers page itself.
