Yes, registering multiple devices with the first to answer taking the call is very good. Pity my iBurst has far too much latency to be used on the road though -- I would like to register my laptop via iBurst, but it is pointless with the performance I get with iBurst.

Folks:
Forgive me if I repeat what has been discussed earlier just to avoid any confusion. The way I understood it is that the Voxbasic includes unlimited “VoIP Provider” feature. This means that under this plan I can ADD any number of VoIP providers to my Voxalot account to make OUTGOING calls. This also means that the Dial Plans feature is also included in Voxbasic. Therefore, I can make as many dial plans I want for outgoing calls. Correct? To REGISTER a VoIP provider means allowing my voxalot number to answer incoming calls made by someone through these providers. If I want to register a single provider I subscribe in Voxlite, 5 providers Voxpremimum and so on. Webcall back and Call forwarding are not part of the basic package. Did I summarize the facts right? Regards |

Time they got some bucks for their effort
The VoXaLot team have put in enormous effort not to mention expense in getting this service to the grade it has achieved.
Of course we would all still like it next to nothing but hey .... if you put in the hard yards...wouldn't you want a reward at the end? Personally, I think the fee isn't excessive but each user will make their own decision and on that basis, I guess the Vox team will decide whether or not they have hit the right balance or not over the next few months. |

Hi Martin,
I'll send you $25 just because you're putting up with everyone's petty issues! Thanks for being 10x more knowlegdeable about VOIP than I could ever care to learn. You know every VOIP user (almost) is a cheap ass! What's that paypal address again? |

Martin and the others do a lot of work for us, some of which is above and beyond the "call of duty", and for which there is not and will not be a standard fee. I wish there was a way that I could make a donation in appreciation for such help ......... Last edited by AlexErko; 07-10-2007 at 09:18 PM. Reason: syntax |
