cannot login using asterisk

I cannot seem to loginto voxalot using asterisk I get user banned or something like that.
Is that because I have a free account.

There is no limitation on free accounts in terms of registering them, it's more likely the way you are registering within asterisk that's causing the problem...if you post your current asterisk setup for VoXalot I'm sure someone will be happy to give a few pointers...
