Configuring Smart Call (Dial Plan) for Israel !!!

Hello there iam not so expert in the dial plan , i read the faq but without success , can someone help me , i use VoipCheap i wont to call for example mobile or land line in the form of 02 1234567 or 05 123456789 i wont to drop the Zero and add 00972 to make it in this example 00972 2 1234567 ??

in the pattern felt write :

0z.

and in the Replacement field :

00972${EXTEN:1}

This will solve your problem

Thanks Guys a lot , 13016 are you from Israel or you just made it for Me .

I made it partly just for you. I thought is copy and paste and replace dutch 31 by 972. But honestly finaly it took little more time because in Nl all numbers 10 digits(13 with 0031) and I had to visit Telephone numbers in Israel .
But no problem, I learn from.
