Please be advised that the Voxalot website will be unavailable on:

Friday 16th Nov 2007 from 18:00 - 20:00 GMT (Saturday 17th Nov 2007 from 05:00 - 07:00 AEDT)

Reason: Scheduled deployment of new web server.

We do not anticipate any interruption to the telephony services.

Note: After this maintenance, Voxalot will no longer support device / phone registrations directed to voxalot.com or voxalot.com.au see http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...-settings.html

The realm however will still remain voxalot.com and the system will still support voxalot.com SIP URI's.

NOTE: Some devices / phones do not process the domain / realm correctly. If voxalot.com does not work for your device, try the geographic alternative i.e. us.voxalot.com, eu.voxalot.com or au.voxalot.com

i.e. Supported URI's will still remain the same:

sip:xxxxxx@voxalot.com
sip:xxxxxx@us.voxalot.com
sip:xxxxxx@eu.voxalot.com
sip:xxxxxx@au.voxalot.com

This maintenance is now complete.

NOTE We are noticing quite a few registration attempts still being made directly to voxalot.com. As mentioned a couple of months back, all members must now register their devices against either:

us.voxalot.com
eu.voxalot.com
au.voxalot.com

Calls to sip:xxxxxx@voxalot.com *are* however still supported.

Depending on DNS caching timings (24-48 hours), accesses to mobile.voxalot.com may also be temporarily impacted.

Voxalot apologises for any inconveniences this may cause.

I am using XXXXXX@voxalot.com for my voicemail server on my PAP2 - is it better to, or will it be essential to use eu.voxalot.com

Hmmm that is a good question. If the PAP2 is sending SUBSCRIBE messages to voxalot.com then it probably wont work unless it is going via one of the Geo Clusters.

If you leave the setting as it is and PM or Facebook Msg me your account, I might be able to fill in the blanks.

I just received an email to say that I am still using "voxalot.com", but I can't see where I am.

The details I'm using on my Billion router are:

Register Address: au.voxalot.com
User Domain/Realm: voxalot.com
Outbound Proxy Address: au.voxalot.com

Are those settings OK? Should the realm be au.voxalot.com?

They look fine to me. If the router is registering OK then you are in good shape.

PAP2 left how it is and account number private messaged to you as requested.

I'm not seeing any messages directly hit voxalot.com (which is good).

Are voicemail and voicemail notifications working ok right now?
