Default VOIPBuster and SIPDiscount

Attempted Web Callback twice using VOIPBuster for foreign leg and SIPDiscount for US leg. Phone rang at both ends, but the connection was not made. Accounts were charged for short (< 1 minute) calls. Also tried another VOIP provider, but phones did not ring. I then used VOIPBuster's own Web Callback option and the numbers connected successfully. Are there additional settings I need to make or are Voxalot connections being blocked?

I have been using VOIPBuster and SIPDiscount for over a year with great success, both with softphones and an SPA3000.

Any suggestions?

From an operational standpoint, VoIPBuster and SipDiscount are the same provider and only support 1 outgoing call at a time when it comes to externally originated calls. When VoXaLot makes the second call on your behalf, the calls are terminated.
