Webcall not working
I've set up two voip providers (iconnecthere and voipbuster). If I use a SIP phone to connect to voxalot then I can use either one to make calls. So the setup must be correct. However, I've tried and tried to use the webcall feature but never receive any calls. It looks like it worked but the phone never rings. I've tried to set up a different provider for each for the two outgoing calls the system needs to make. I've also tried to get it to call *393613 on SIPBroker or 600 on Voxalot but that does not work either. Any ideas?

Try making a call with your VoXaLot number as the first leg and *393613 on Sip Broker as the second leg. Your VoXaLot phone should ring and it should then connect you to FWD's echo test. I just tried it here and everything went as expected.
