Default SIP/Voxalot-68c3 is circuit-busy

Something strange. Busy tone on everything.
Log is below - what's going on there?

It's strange. A couple of weeks ago my other account I set up for my parents stopped working exactly the same way - they were getting busy tone on any number they dialed. Now it's my account...

What's that? Software upgrade at Voxalot?

Worked for an hour or so, but now I'm getting "busy" every other time I dial...

What's going on there? I had a trunk to eu.voxalot.com, and now eu.voxalot.com doesn't accept anything incoming - busy response! It goes like that for at least few last hours. I switched to us.voxalot.com and everything became fine - which mean some troubles with eu server.

Guys, if you plan outage, please, let us know!

Today EU server works as expected - I didn't touch anything so it's clearly not something caused by misuse...

It would be a good thing to have any kind of notification (email, RSS) about any upcoming/ongoing problems, downtime, or maintenance windows - it's extremely unpleasant to discover your phone doesn't work when you desperately need it.

Due to repeatable stability problem at Voxalot last month, and a total lack of response from support I had to move everything to PBXes - I still hope it's a temporary thing, something like bad software upgrade, and that Voxalot comes back to its normal quality level soon. But absence of support response is bad thing - it directly affects Voxalot reputation.
