FWD is now showing 'Registered' and incoming calls are working again.

Thanks Ron, I was watching it and it was very slow to register FWD entries. I'm not sure if the problem is on our side or FWD however most other providers like sipphone did register alot quicker.

Anyway glad it is ok. Thanks.

What about sipme, I added a new account, and it hasn't registered, yet it registers ok with the same details in asterisk...

The Oz registration cycle is at 4:30am AEST. If it is still not registered PM my the SIPME username and I will check.

Why does it take so long to add a new provider? Considering it said please wait up to 30 minutes on the page

New providers are added in real time for outbound calling. For registrations however, we currently have a 24 hour turnaround while until we deploy our new registration functionality (yes the page should be updated to reflect this )

This limit was put in place a couple of months ago to work around limitations with the current registration framework.

Yeah, I'm using MyNetFone as well. Maybe that's the problem...

I had a lot of trouble using SIPME with voxalot, I had the same problem with asterisk until I added:

fromdomain=sip.sipme.com.au
fromuser=1777xxxxxx

in the sip.conf, after that it worked fine every time, although it might be a coincedence with voxalot...
