cannot log in with nokia n810 and ekiga

hello,

i have not used voxalot for a while and now i cannot log in with my clients anymore.

I am a premium member and it has worked before without problems.

I am using these data to login:

in ekiga
registrar: voxalot.com
user: <my user id>
password: <my password>
error message (german): Anmelden nicht möglich (verboten).
means "Login not possible (forbidden)."

on n810
user: <my id>@voxalot.com
password: <my password>
error message: auth has failed

Can anyone help me please ?
