Voicecheap
HELLO,
I have configured my voxalot account to work with X-Lite. I have set up my voxalot account to work with VoipStunt and it works fine. When I tried deleting this and setting it up with VoipCheap, I cannot make any outbound calls. I can however, make them with the VoipCheap client without problem. Can someone help me figure out why I cannot set up the Voipcheap to work with Voxalot, Maybe the domain is where I'm putting in the wrong value. I'm not sure. Thank you. |

Did you remember to create a Smart Call/Dial Plan rule for VoipCheap... (chances are this is it...VoXalot automatically creates the rule when you add the first provider... but you gotta do it yourself for every provider following that...) |

That did it, thank you, I didn't realize I needed a rule for each provider I thought I could just have voxalot decide. My foolishness. Thank you for your help.

Eg. In my case: I have all calls starting with 011 go via InternetCalls (another of the BetaMax clones), but local calls go with VBuzzer (in my case that's area codes 416,647,905), and other North American calls go with MJ... So the rules you set up, and the way they're ordered (their priority) is what VoXalot uses to decide... |
