outbound calls
I am having a problem making outbound calls.
I'm using x-lite version 3 - and in this instance the call should be routed via sipgate. The bizarre thing is that if I call a UK number there is no problem, whereas if I call an Israel number, nothing happens. I know this could be a problem with the way I have set the dialplan, yet it has all been working fine up to now. I will also investigate if it is a sipgate problem. Thanks J |

You might want to make sure an ENUM lookup is not kicking in. Place the number you are trying to call in the entry field provided on the dial plan list page and click "Test".
This will tell you how the call will be routed.

Bizarrely, it appears to be a problem with all the providers - even when I register x-lite separately. I can't dial Israel at all.
