Default WebCall back - ease of use

An idea: the Web Callback Phonebook would be easier to use if the [Call] links were repeated on the left of the page. It's quite hard to get the right one when reading accross all the columns and once you press the wrong one you're stuck connecting two phones you hadn't meant to! On that note, a cancel button would be a good idea too. It's a great feature though.

Yes, I have the same problem, perhaps alternate colors would help or blank lines between entries.

A really good way of doing the WebCall PhoneBook just occurred to me. How about a tabular format with all your numbers across the top and the same numbers plus others down the side and then Call buttons in each cell. Each name/number is associated to a provider. A bit like this:
