Default PAP2T resets on incoming

I have set up a voxalot account with a PAP2T and a SPA3102 . There are four registrations in total to the same voxalot account, all from the same public IP.

I have one unresolved issue that I hope someone can shed some light on.

When line 1 on the PAP2T rings for an inbound call, it causes the device to reset. I was wondering if anyone else has ever seen this issue.

I would test with a different PAP2 however I do not have a spare at present.

It does not matter the origin of the call, PSTN (via spa3102) , via account to account dialing, or USA number. It resets on ALL incoming calls.

Maybe your SPA3102 is faulty. Is it a genuine Linksys or one of the many counterfeit units sold in the past few years?
