maybe a separate subject, or aligned with the same issues - I read that Voipdiscount (and I assume others) have stopped call forwarding from the DID to other numbers

Voipdiscount have just updated their software and the call forwarding option is no longer in the front panel. This is the only change. If you want to make your calls forwarded to the number you want, go to the settings tab and make the change there. Please note 'Call Forwarding' is only available for the accounts with positive balance.

hi i have been with sipdiscount for more than 6 months now, but the credit topup is getting stressful now.
i topped up on 1st may 2006 via sms, and was told that the credit would be valid for 120 days, it is now expiring on 30th june, i am trying to complain, but the phone number on their site is dead, and they do NOT reply to any emails, i was wondering if someone could please help me asap.

You should mail to the address supplied with when paying using paypal.. That was the only e-mail adress which the responded to me. I looked it up for you :P. The address is: paymentservice@finarea.ch
