Default us service

Hi:

us.voxalot.com is not working OK.

I have checkout individual VSP and they are working fine. My ATA registers with us.voxalot.com, but no call is routed. I changed the Preferred Cluster to the EU server and registered my ATA with the EU address. Things got working now.

Would someone at voxalot check the issue?

Thanks.

Same issue - us.voxalot.com doesn't work for me although I'm in the US (the other side can hear me, I cannot hear anything), so had to use eu.voxalot.com; au.voxalot.com also works but with much worse sound quality.

My ATA is logged on to us.voxalot.com and this seems to be working correctly.
One way audio is usually related to NAT issues.
Are you behind a router, and using a STUN server setup?

Not NAT issue AFAIK otherwise eu and au would share the same symptom.

The NAT function on the US servers began to have issues long time ago. The issue was reported here but did not receive much attention. Most phones with STUN properly set up won't notice the problem and some phones works even without STUN.

One thing you can try is to make sure STUN works properly on your phone though it may not solve the problem. Use only UDP protocol. TCP seems to have more trouble. If your phone still does not work, you have to choose EU or AU servers.
