Web callback voxalot # to phone
Is it possible to setup web callabck between voxalot number and a number with an VOIP provider?
I tried using *010xxxxxx vis Sip broker, did not work. |

I was looking and you have the option of choosing xxxxxx via VoXalot directly...
It's odd it didn't work with SipBroker though... |

I have given try again, but voxalot number does not ring and in end get message We're sorry. We are unable to complete your calls.

Hmm...
Just tried WebCallback 123456 via VoXalot 001416xxxxxxx via InternetCalls It went through no problem, both VoXalot and my cell rang.... Make sure the format for the number you are calling is as the VSP that's handling the call requires it (eg Betamax wants 00-Country Code-Number for example) You are actually choosing the provider not leaving the default "Use Smart Call" right? |

yes.... But given try as you stated..xxxxxx via voxalot and 0012127773456 (test number) via use smart call now screen shows
Initiating a call between '328549' via 'Callcentric' and '0012127773456' via 'VoipBust'. Calling 328549 instead of diverting call via Voxalot it opted self Callcentric...and now ring to voxalot registered device and..no record..shows call made |

Do not choose Use Smart Call.....choose the specific provider!!!

last but one ...tried I choose voip provider, where getting nothing...no ring..or account is used..
