Pfingo - a puzzle

So far my pfingo account is still not able to work with Voxalot for incoming calls and I am at a lost as to why? Outgoing calls works absolutely fine.

All pfingo numbers works well with Linksys SPA unit, to setup simply enter the username and password and it work.

Voxalot shows registration OK so I don't know why calling the number always return an engaged tone?

I am still not clear what happen in the case of pfingo, this is a little inconvenient and prevent Voxalot being used exclusively, I only wish it could, coupled with devices such as the Nokia E61 it is wonderful. Can someone tell me what to do to get Pfingo to work?
