Voicemail Problem
I still have no voicemail. That is a caller gets into voicemail system and can leave message. I can see message and can listen to it on Voxalot - Home but when dialling 500 the system asks me my mailbox number and after entering that and correct pin it says: Login incorrect. In the apst I only had to enter my pin not my mailbox number.
I have this issue for quiet some time now. Any idea what is wrong here? I created an other voxbasic account I use for testing and dialing 500 goes ok here. |

Prompting for mailbox number means that the "From" URI does not contain your Voxalot number. You will need to check your device settings here.
Incorrect PIN is probably DTMF related. Make sure you are *not* using inband and g729. .

That's what I thought too. However as far as I know my URI from field is ok. As a test I replaced my premium account login details with my voxbasic account and here it goes ok. I tested on both my ATA (SPA-3000) and PC. I later tried as well with my notebook connected to a unknown wifi access point in my neighborhood. All with same result. I have the feeling that something is wrong with my account.
