I just used sipbroker PSTN to VoIP gateway to call my SIPME number which is registered with voxalot.com.au server and it calls my voxalot phones fine -- answered the call with two way audio okay too.

I just dialed my SIPME DID, which I've registered with Voxalot.com.au, and it does not work, I get the two tone busy signal.

Voxalot.com.au says that it's registered with SIPME.

A bit difficult from work. I've tried calling voxbone and then *3201777XXXXXX and it worked! However, if I try the DID I get the two tone busy signal???

- Is the ATA registered with voxalot.com.au still?

- What happens when you dial the PSTN access number and *010xxxxxx <- VoXaLot number?

- Is 1777XXXXXX registered from your ATA or VoXaLot?

I've dialed *7607XXXXXX through Voxbone and it worked, I got through to voicemail. I have also dialed my AstraTEL DID, which is registered through Voxalot.com.au and it worked but my SIPME DID, which is also registered through voxalot.com.au, does NOT work??? Maybe SIPME has a problem??? However, since 1777XXXXXX worked through Voxbone, it appears that sipme knows where to route the call?

You'll find that the DID provider will be a third party and is worth checking.

I see that SIPME had inbound call issues yesterday and today:

Just checked and noticed that all of my registered providers are now Unregistered and I did not change a thing???

AstraTEL 8988XXXX sip03.astrasip.com.au Yes Unregistered
SipMe 1777XXXXXX sip.sipme.com.au Yes Unregistered
