But in this case would Voxalot show me the registered status on my account?
This used to work until 2 weeks ago. What could´ve happended then? What info should I ask my VSP to provide me in order to make sure this is really the problem. How to fix it? |

What you need to figure out from TMais is if the contact address where they are sending the calls is:
YourVoXalotNumber@64.34.173.199:5061 or YourTMaisNumber@64.34.173.199:5061 or YourTMaisUsername@64.34.173.199:5061 If it is the case that they are sending calls to any of the the last two adresses that's where the problem stands.... |

BTW. I'm wondering why the service is working on pbxes.org!!?? Maybe also Voxalot should have a look for this problem.
