Default Provider Registration Advance Mode & Broadvoice Setup

I tried to use the advance mode to register broadvoice, however, I was unsuccessful. I am not an asterisk user so I am unclear of how difficult it is to setup BV as a provider. I figured this new change would make BV compatible with Voxalot but unfortunately it did not. I listed the asterisk setup below. Maybe I am setting it up wrong and someone can give me hint; however, I think the problem is occuring because BV has such a weird asterisk setup that voxalot is not compatible with it. Thanks for any advice.

The setup does work for outgoing calls, but not for incoming calls.
