![]() Hi, Went to use my phone this morning and I'm unable to register on au.voxalot.com.

From the look of the logs there are no responses ciming back. The logs are just repeating the 3 requests above. |

![]() The AU server is up and fully operational.
We have seen these sorts of problems before and they tend to be resolved with a power recycle of your device. If that does not work try pointing to us.voxalot.com and then back to au.voxalot.com

Thanks for the quick reply. Power cycling made no difference. Changing the registration to us.voxalot.com worked, but, changing back to au.voxalot.com still failed. I then tried power cycling my router and that seems to have fixed it. I'm guessing that my router had problems with it's nat / routing tables. Thanks again for your help |

![]() I would not rely on the tracert. However, there was a known DB replication problem on the AU server that has since been fixed.
Please check that your registrations are now working.
