![]() I am a premium user, I have a provider registered to receive calls from that provider, sometimes when I call that number from outside the call send´s me directly to my providers voicemail, when I call to the voxalot number always ring, I guess that is becouse the period of time that voxalot sends the keep alive is too long. Is there a way to change that time?

![]() Is it possible to setup your provider to do a sip fprward to your Voxalot account (sip:xxxxxx@voxalot.com). This is more reliable than registering your provider with Voxalot.
