Question DIDWW callsl forwarded to voicemail

Hi
I am the user 245560.

All my calls from the Chile DIDWW are automatically going to voicemail. All other SIP calls go to my SIP phone. I had to disable the VM completely which leaves me without a VM....

Dear Support can you please help me and check my account. Currently I have VM automatically disabled because otherwhise i get not calls from my DIDWW number: 0056-2-4958571 I am NOT using any Call Connection
(Call Forwarding)

Thanks

But you are able to receive the calls fine, once VoiceMail is disabled?

Are you having DIDWW forward to VoXalot, or is DIDWW registered within VoXalot?

If calls are fine when VM is disabled, and DIDWW is registered within VoXalot, I would try setting a Call Forwarding rule based on Provider, such that all Calls coming in from DIDWW are specifically sent to 'VoXalot Acct.'

Also are all other incoming calls from other providers, or via SIPBroker access numbers fine (both when VM is active and when it's not active)?

I was.... able to receive them when i wrote my first post! (and now i am again)

Suddenly it stopped..... No more incoming calls...
reallly strange...... this afternoon (without changing anything) all stopped working.

After no incoming calls could be received anymore (not even direct sip calls) i played with my voicemail settings and probably every single setting you can imagine.

seem to have found a least 1 culprit. voicemail was inactive AND set to 0 seconds. Even though it was inactive it was blocking ALL my calls. Now at least the direct sip calls come through and my orbtalk (uk number) calls.

for the didww i do not have the energy to try today / will do tomorrow. one thing i wanted to ask though can it be that me forwarding on the didww settings page made things go wrong? They do not have the EU server listed so i took the general (au?) server setting. (see attachement) Is it possible that this call mapping made all the trouble?

thanks a lot for your help

I've never used DIDWW myself...but I was under the impression that you should have the choice to forward to any SIP URI

What happens if you click 'Not Listed'?

You want to forward to <Your 6 digit Number>@voxalot.com (by avoiding us/au/eu the VoXalot server automatically routes to the appropriate destination...well at least it should)

There have been a number of complaints about DIDww and VoXalot, (if it helps) solutions so far have been:

1. Forward to 123456@voxalot.com instead of 123456@us.voxalot.com (http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...orwarding.html )
2. Change password to VoXalot (account had been ghosted at PBXes) http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...did-calls.html )
3. Making sure a STUN server was set up and appropriate ports were opened (http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...d-voxalot.html )

And then there was http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...g-voxalot.html
