Hi all,

Does voxalot offer a callback when free feature ?ie if you place a call and its busy you have the option for it to let you know when the line is free ?

Thanks Paul

Default yes, it does

sys.Log("Initiating call back to cell phone in 10 seconds")
sys.Callback("number1@provider1", "number2@provider2, 10)
sys.Respond(503, "Callback in 10s")

1. That script is what you would use in MySipSwitch (see SIP Switch : Use multiple VoIP providers with one SIP phone) to create a CallBack rule (but has nothing to do with CallBack when Free)

2. VoXalot itself does not offer a CallBack when Free method, simply because VoXalot itself also does not handle direct calls to and from PSTN numbers (remember it is an agregator platform with Peer2Peer capabilities but no direct PSTN termination )

3. However your outgoing or incoming VoIP provider (which you maybe using in VoXalot) may offer this feature, and should the provider offer it, it'll work fine with VoXalot
