Default Adam Voip (Spain) problem calling VoXaLot

Hi,

I have an account in Adam Vozip and I am trying to call somone with a VoXaLot account. I am using X-Lite registered with Adam Vozip and I am calling *010nnnnnn where nnnnnn is the VoXaLot number of the person that I want to call. The VoXaLot number rings, and is answered but I can't hear them. They can hear me. I use Adam Vozip for other calls to PSTN and other Adam Vozip users and it seems to work OK. I tried testing *010600 and I get the echo test, and I can hear the explanation, but receive no echo when I speak.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be? I will contact Adam Vozip also.
