When you setup each of your providers in Voxalot you need to supply SIP settings (host, port etc)
The is also a drop down list called "SIP Register" with Yes/No values telling Voxalot to perform a SIP register with provider or not. .

Go to Voice Service Providers. Click on Edit for the provider you want to register. Set 'SIP Register' to Yes.

On the Voice Service Provider Detail screen, set the SIP Register filed to Yes.
