Default DTMF Web callback

Is this possible? One leg of my callback is a Linksys 3102 which beeps for a PIN entry which will allow me access to the PSTN, however when using webcallback the DTMF tone does not appear to work, is this impossible or is there something to set?

First thing to check is that none of the call legs are using g729 in combination with inband DTMF.

Check the settings on the linksys and if you are still having problems try restricting the provider codecs to ulaw or alaw.

Could it be that the VSP has blocked DTMF on incoming calls, which is the Voxalot to mobile phone leg? I know that Starhub (the VSP provider in this case) was known to implement such blockage in their previous VoIP system

Possibly. Another idea for a test is to call the Voxalot voicemail as one of the legs just to check that DTMF is working within the callback.

OK that sounds good, how do you configure that leg? I have tried to get through to my mobile voicemail and it didn't work (for DTMF), the call went through to voicemail but I am unable to enter the mailbox, but then again it could well be also the E61, on receiving an incomning call it didn't seems too happy to send DTMF
