Account 310874 not anymore active but subscription is active until december 2009
Hi my account now is not anymore a premium but i have a subcripion for the upgrade that is valid until december 2009. can un check and tell me what happens? and why i dont have the feature i paid for? Many thanks

A VoxUpgrade is only applicable when used in conjuntion with a currently-active base subscription. Your VoxUpgrade doesn't expire until December, but your VoxLite subscription expired on 26/6/09. You will need to renew your VoxLite subscription, and then your VoxUpgrade will automatically be applied.
