The data centre folk are looking at the problem as we speak. I will let you know once we get an update.

Our analysis suggests that there is a network problem. If you have setup your device to use SRV lookups your service should be failing over to one of the other servers.

same here
Interesting issues are happening here. I have a speed dial linked to my mobile phone. I have tried ringing it throughout the day. Often it fails without a tone or get a busy tone after a lengthy delay. Then perhaps a few minutes later my mobile will start to ring, reject the call, and then ring again... etc. This is through a pennytel account. In case like the other guy said it is account related I'm 836907.

Registering fine but not routing calls!!
Hey all and voxalot,
I been having trouble with my service all day. I can register fine, from multiple devices even, but outbound calls dont work. Interestingly, VOXALOT AND SIP CALLS DO WORK. ie, *500 voicemail and *xx. SIP calls work, but others wont. MORE interestingly, the calls that work from my phone are the *same* ones that get routed properly in the Test Call applet of the Dial Plans config page - all other test calls time out with an unknown error. My theory: this is a routing issue. Voxalot isnt placing my calls through my providers (MNF and Pennytel). Its only placing direct SIP calls. I am now registering directly to MNF to use my phone. Anyone have similar? Help! |

I'm hoping the silence from them means they are busy working on it!
When it rains it pours -- seems like they are getting their share lately. Looking forward to seeing it all back online again!! |
