Default URGENT: voxalot.com.au problem

I tried to ring my two DIDs today, one via AstraTEL and another via SIPME. The SIPME gives a two tone busy signal which indicates to me that the call is not connecting even though Voxalot is indicating it's registered.

The AstraTEL DID rings but I get a silent call. I'm not sure if this is related to the providers or Voxalot. I sort of suspect Voxalot because both providers being down is quite rare.

Can anyone confirm?

Edit: Just made another call via AstraTEL DID and it went to voice mail but when my wife picked up the previous time there was a silent call???

Same problem here: Incoming calls to DID's ring but when answered, there is no audio in either direction. Tested on voxalot.com with three different DID's (one forwarded, two registered).

Also, FWD calls work properly via Sip Broker, but NOT via a registered Dial Plan provider (endless ringing).

Digging a bit deeper, we found that a runaway process for playing music while on hold was consuming 100% CPU. We have temporarily disabled music on hold while we investigate.

Can you please try again and post back here if you are still having problems. Thanks.

I've got speed dial test on the following:
sip:*266300@sipbroker.com
sip:*393613@sipbroker.com

The FWD one isn't working right now, but the other one is.

We have seen other problems relating to FWD. VoXaLot does not treat providers differently. Please try some others:

*266300 - Blueface
*011188888 - SIP Broker
*74717474743246 - SIP Phone
*258902 - VoIP Talk
