Default Impossible to call

I cannot call anymore using Voxalot. When I dial a number, I have this message :

"Sorry, the number you have called could not be connected. Please try again."

Is it Voxalot or me ?

That message is played if the number you are calling does not match an entry in your dial plan.

Sure, the Voxalot solution uses distributed servers in the U.S, EU and AU

Dial plan data therefore, must replicate (in the background) from the master to each of the slaves. On this occasion, replication from the master to the EU slave was suspended.
