Voicemail Problems?

Is something wrong with the voicemail. All evening when I dial 500 to retrieve my voicemail all i get is a busy signal? Its been working fine before and I haven't made any changes on my end.

I just accessed it OK from here.

Does 600 work? Is it possible you have recently created a dial plan entry that intercepts 500?

If you PM your 6 digit account to me I can take a quick look.
