impossible to open and redirect portr

Hello,

I use voxalot with ata SPA2102 behind a sagem.

All is ok but when I try to open and redirect a port in sagem, the voip is block for outgoing calls. I tried with a lot of combination of port but impossible to open without impact voip.
Any idea ?

Can you configure your sagem with a DMZ ? Then try to give the the SPA-2102 a static IP Address and put it on the DMZ.
