Dtmf
Hello,
I am having some problems getting DTMF to work properly for different systems. I have a Grandstream HandyTone 286 ATA. It supports three modes of DTMF: 1- in-audio 2- via RTP (RFC 2833) 3- via SIP INFO The default is in-audio and it seems to work most of the time. I use G.711 so audio should be OK. When I call a service via SIP the DTMF are not recognized. For instance sip:7125807050@67.55.158.226 (www.seipmeeting.com). If I change my settings in my ATA to "via SIP INFO". DTMF works fine calling a sip service. However, my Voxalot Voice Mail breaks, by not accepting my pin. I also tried with both options selected in the ATA ("in-audio" and "SIP INFO") but Voxalot Voice Mail does not recognize the tones. I thank you in advance. |
