Outbound CID on tollfree calls
Is there a way to set up a number to be used as the outbound caller id for toll free calls? Calling 1-800-444-4444 would then read this number back to me. I do not have a provider set up since I use voxalot with google voice.

Use CallWithUs or Future-Nine as they allow you to set your CID. They both offer toll-free calls.

I have an F9 account with no credits but I'd prefer to stick to Voxalot that doesn't proxy RTP during calls.
