Can't make outbound calls via external VSP

It worked just fine yesterday. But today I can't place any calls. There's dead silence in the receiver.
What's going on, really?

Hi maceev,

Try changing to another server; I just changed from eu.voxalot to us.voxalot.
I can make outbound calls again.

thanks. i realise it's been like this for days now. even though the eu server is listed as being operational.

i move to the au server and everything is working now.

With us.server I can made outbound call but not inbound???

EU seems back to normal

BTW, my inbound worked okay (I didn't touch my eu.voxalot.com settings on the site, just changed to us.voxalot locally).
