eu.voxalot.com not working

Dear Forum,

Until recently my system set-up with eu.voxalot.com worked reasonably well. However, these last two days I am experiencing serious problems:

If I set my preferred cluster in the member details and on my Grandstream Handytone 487 to eu.voxalot.com, then the phone does notwork.

If however, I switch it back to us.voxalot.com, the system seems to log-in fine but on a large number of incoming calls I can not hear the other party.

Does anybody have some tips how these problems can be resolved ?
