No inbound calls

I am trying to to initiate a call to a voxalot account (308264) from another voxalot account (391386), but it fails, it does not ring at initiator side, although it rings at the receiver side.

The receiver's Internet provider blocks the port 5060 and the phone is behind a router, so I have configured the receiver's phone to use another SIP port (6060) and another RTP port range (6004-6020), and the router is confiugred to forward these ports. Also, the phone uses the port 2060 to register at voxalot, and this works (I can see the device registration via voxalot web gui).

I have tried to turn on STUN server, but I did not notice any change in the behavior.

Any idea? What else I could try? The phone model is Siemens A580IP.

Half hour ago, I did call and was working. But yes, it doesn't work at this time.

I have the same problem. My voxalot account (id: 699316) isn't receiving incoming calls. This problem has been happening more than 15 days.
Anybody can give a advice about this problem?
