Default Problems with sipgate.de registration

I have some problems when setting VoXaLot to register with my sipgate.de account. It seems to work for a while, but at some point (a few hours?) incoming calls from sipgate stop coming through.

I have another provider registered (sip.televoip.no) and this does not have the same problems.

Any advice?

I am using sipgate successfully. I actually have two sipgate.de accounts registered. No problem. The only issue is that sipgate does not work with RTP (RFC2833) but with keytones sent via SIP INFO which Voxalot doesn't support - so I cannot check voicemail or do anything that requires pressing keys after the call connected.

Sipgate.de registration seems to be failing again, after working fine for a while.

My provider list shows sipgate as "Registered", but sipgate's web page shows me as "offline", and no incoming calls come through. Outgoing calls work fine, and registering directly from my ATA or from eyeBeam also works fine.

My other providers also work fine, accepting incoming calls as normal.

Could someone have a look at the situation?

Hi,
look at the register expiry information in your sipgate account. Sometimes the displayed moment is in the past, so I expect sipgate to wait for renewal and eventually dump the registration of voxalot.
