Default Call forwarding not working with SIPBROKER gateway

Hi!

I have a very curious situation. I have tested all my sip accounts and am sure that they are all working and the problem is not related to them.

I set up call forwarding, with two settings. One is active and the other not.

I tested the set up via the toll free forwarding and they seem to work except, when I set the call foward to sip://imoogle223@sip.12voip.com which is the correct SIP URL, it doesn't work.

So I know somehow the system has taken on board and forwarding is working properly.

Then I used the Sipbroker gateways, one in France and the other in Canada and type in *010833333 to my account. The strange thing is that the forward APPEARS to work, and was ringing someone, just that no one is answering.

BUT my phone doesn't ring at all.

Is it SIPbroker or is it the call forwarding that is a problem?

Can you advise what is the correct format for a SIP URI for my 12voip.com account? I use imoogle223@sip.12voip.com and never had any problem.

Default problem with call forwarding and SIPBROKER

Hi!

My last post was classified as spam and I really don't understand why.

I have checked my two sip accounts - working perfectly and forwarding.

My toll free forwarding is working fine - but when I dial in through sipbroker gateways (one from Canada and one from France), both gave a ringing tone but my phone was not ringing at all.

Also, when I set the forward to a SIP URI, it will not work either.

My SIP URI was sip://imoogle223@sip.12voip.com

Can you advise?
