Default Voxalot line2 on SPA1001 suddenly dead...

I have Voxalot on LINE2 of my SPA1001 and has been working great. I have even been considering account upgrade, get DID and dump Broadvoice on my primary LINE1. But since about a week ago I can't make calls via Voxalot anymore. Sipura shows the registration is OK but I can't do echo test or access voicemail, line always busy. I also can't access to other providers registered with Voxalot. I haven't changed anything in my sipura configuration, Broadvoice still works just fine. I don't see how I can troubleshoot it, anybody can give me a hint? Has Voxalot changed something?
