Unable to register Voxalot in Gigaset S685IP

I entered the following details:

Authentication Name: <6 digit number i.e. voxalot id>
Authentication password: <password>
Username: <6 digit number i.e. voxalot id>
Display name: My Name

Domain: eu.voxalot.com
Proxy server address: eu.voxalot.com
Proxy server port: 5060
Registrar server: eu.voxalot.com
Registrar server port: eu.voxalot.com

The message that I get is "Registration failed" in Gigaset S685IP. What is wrong with my approach?

Hi,
May be following:

Authentication Name: <6 digit number i.e. voxalot id>
Authentication password: <password>
Username: <6 digit number i.e. voxalot id>
Display name: My Name

Domain: voxalot.com
Proxy server address: <leave empty>
Proxy server port: <leave empty>
Registrar server: eu.voxalot.com
Registrar server port: 5060

Validated settings:

Authentication Name: <6 digit number i.e. voxalot id>
Authentication password: <password>
Username: <6 digit number i.e. voxalot id>
Display name: My Name

Domain: eu.voxalot.com
Proxy server address: eu.voxalot.com
Proxy server port: 5060
Registrar server: eu.voxalot.com
Registrar server port: 5060

You may need to enable & configure STUN, depending on your environment.
Even if you have correct settings you may need to set/clear the "Active" checkbox number of times before account will be successfully registered.
