![]() I've Used Voxalot For A While And The Service Has Work Pretty Good For Me.
Today I Can't Make Any Call Trougth My Voxalot Account, I'm Using Internetcalls As Provider, I Tried My Internetcalls Acount And It Works Just Fine. Tahnks |

![]() Yes, I have the same problem. I have tried connecting with my ATA and with eyeBeam Registration seems to succeed, but I can't make any calls, not even 500/600@voxalot.com.
One of my providers is sipgate.de which allows me to see which devices are registered. Normally Voxalot shows up, but not today, although sipgate shows up as "Registered" in the provider list. Hope this will be fixed soon... Christian (285285) |

![]() Same for me, using Internetcalls. I also can't dial Voxalot 600 and 500 numbers although the ATA is registered.

![]() I think the problem is with dial plans, MY DIAL PLANS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL. i only can call to others voxalot users but no external calls, PLEASE HELP ME.

![]() FWIW, 500, 600, and inbound/outbound calls through registered and unregistered providers are working fine for me through voxalot.com.

The dialing plans are now woking as usual. Now i got another problem, calls between voxalot users are connected but the connection is very poor, the line isn't clear at all and i can't understand anything... i'm using g729 codec my ATA is Grandstream HT 286 my internet connection speed seems to be OK i'm not using my pc, just my ATA on internet service Could you tell me what can i do to solve this problem??? ![]() We have completed a series of tests from Australia to voxalot.com and the audio streams are working fine.
Is this still a problem?
