There are still quite a few members registered against the old AU server. Please make sure that you are *not* directly accessing the AU server using an IP address (202.60.75.46) and check that you are using au.voxalot.com

the issue regarding MNF and the proxies, would that be at all similar to the problem iinet voip users are having with voxalot?

Within the next few days we plan to decommission the old server (202.60.75.46). To avoid interruptions to your service, please make sure that your device / phone is not referencing the AU server by its IP address and is using au.voxalot.com as the proxy name.

Hi,

Reset my ATA to au.voxalot.com (which is resolving to the correct IP address).

Seems to be functioning OK for outgoing calls on at least two of my services.

However, tried initiating a web callback, just so I could make sure I was receiving calls. Call out went to voice mail, without ever ringing on this end. Tried on another account with similar results. So, looks as if my box can send communications out, but isn't receiving comms.

ATA is set to my Voxalot number, with all other providers SIP registered through the voxalot site. So, change shouldn't have mattered for any of the numbers except my voxalot number. Shouldn't be a problem with using web callback... A bit too late, or early, to have anyone else try to call me at the moment.

Hopefully, this will sort itself out by morning, and my wife won't be cursing me tomorrow while I'm at work (or at least not for this).

Otherwise, appreciate any suggestions.

Just tried calling in from PSTN line using a gateway number and was able to get through on one account (SipPhone), although got an engaged signal with SipMe. Hopefully, will sort itself out...

You might want to double check your ATA as I can see that you are one of the last few members that is still registered with the old AU server for account:
