![]() I want to set up WebCallBack so I can check my Voxalot voicemail from my mobile without dialling a PSTN number for access. If I set it to dial *010500 via dial plan or 500 via dial plan or 500 via Voxalot, then no luck. If I set *010500 via SipBroker, I get "password" but then "login incorrect" (there is no chance to enter my account number). What is the best number to dial for the 2nd leg?

![]() It seems to me that the WebCallBack is passing a Voxalot ID to the system, but perhaps not the right one?

![]() Looks that way. I actually speculated with Tony today that this might be the cause of the problem so it's a spin out that you suggest the same thing

![]() Update: Unfortunately the only service number accessible via web callback is the echo test.

All calls should work fine via SIP Broker. It's just direct *500 that we do not cater for.
