![]() Hi,
I try and call my friends VoXaLot number *061xxxxxx from my first line and I get, " The number you have called is Call restricted " From the 2nd line I get the engauged signal. I know the person does not have their soft phone on, and I am expecting to get their voice mail, and then leave a message. I know their voice mail is turned on. What is going wrong? .-.-. |

1. Your device is not letting * prefixed numbers through to Voxalot. Try dialling *600, *393613 for example. If these wirk then.... 2. Your Voxalot dial plan is handling * prefixed numbers. If you have a dial plan entry try disabling it and dialing again.

Am I correct in assuming that it should go to her voicemail when her softphone is not loaded or registered with VoXaLot? - Also let me add, recently I see people complaining about your service here. I would like to say, that I can not believe how unapreciative some people can be. I recently paid a lot of money to engin for hardware and a service that was very poor. You offer VoXaLot for free and it is wonderful! The service is 1000 times better then engin, and yet people still complain. How selfish of them! Thank you for doing what you do. Have her check her member details page to make sure voicemail is turned on. If it is not turned on, you will get the symptoms you describe. Thanks also for your words of encouragement, they are greatly appreciated myself, staff and our great team of moderators.

![]() LOL. I knew I should have mentioned, that Voice Mail is definatly on.
I actually set up her account for her, and remotely installed EyeBeam for her also using remote desktop software. So I am sure everything is set up OK. It's got me beat why this is happenning. Strange. .-.-. |

![]() Tonight I tried to ring her while she was online.
I could not ring her. It came up engauged every time. But she could ring me. Also the calls were broken up each time. We ended up using Yahoo messenger which worked perfectly. .-.-. |

![]() Seems there was a subtle problem dialing other Voxalot members registered on different servers.
