![]() Hello!
I have recently started using webcallback and it's great. I have a question: Imagine a scenario where I put my mobile number as callback number, and another call-to number, but then don't answer my mobile. The call from Voxalot is then answered by my mobile's voicemail, but of course Voxalot can't tell whether it's me who answered or voicemail, so it will connect the call to my call-to number. Now the real problem is, that I can't "hang up" this call, because I never answered it in the first place! It's up to my mobile voicemail to eventually (I hope!!!) time out and hang up the call. My question is, is there a way to tell Voxalot webcallback, from the internet, to cancel a call? I don't seem to see one anywhere but I think it would be an excellent feature. Just to be sure! ![]() Thanks |

![]() This would be a very useful feature for times when you accidentally click the wrong button as well!

![]() I had "hung calls" where I was charged $4 for a webcallbacks when the call wasn't terminated the way my VSP expected. So I don't use webcallback anymore.
