Bad Gateway Voxalot to Voxalot

Hi everyone, this has probably been addressed 1000 times but when I call my Son on his Voxalot number I get a message "call failed : bad gateway" and a voice message saying "the number called is unavailable please try again later"
Yet calling my voxalot number from his PC works without a problem.

We are on the same adsl2+ network if that makes any difference.
I appreciate any help you can give me.

Does the echo test work for each account (*600), and other test numbers (Eg *266300)

As a further check, try calling each account from a landline or cell phone using a SIP-Broker access number for your area. Check if good 2 way communication is established.

Check for posts in this forum about circumventing NAT issues.

I have discovered that I have a providor setup (Voxalot Home Page Setting) which is ENGIN (Australia) and if I deactivate this account then I can call out without any problem.

Any suggestions on this?

I am not familiar with the ENGIN setup. However, it sounds like the dial plan may be incomplete.

As a suggestion, set up a dial plan to
1) emulate the local calling scheme for your area through the local provider (Engin, I suppose)
2) handle long distance, and international calls through your preferred provider
3) test the numbers on the Test Field in the Dial plan page

You may have to change the dial plan order to match your needs.

Dial plan priority numbers do not have to be in incremental sequence, but can miss out numbers. This allows you to add a Dial Plan line in between other lines as you develop the full plan.
